Hmmm… A Clever Programmer

My other computer is your computer. A little hacker humor that is not at all funny when you believe you are on the receiving end of computer tampering.  A hacker is a person, who accesses a computer system illegally by getting around its security systems.  Jamie Zawinski, a former American programmer, has said, “If you give a hacker a new toy, the first thing he’ll do is take it apart to figure out how it works. “ A clever programmer enjoys finding out system weaknesses, exploits them, and sometimes tampers with information within the system. Hmmm… there is a cracker against humans, one who knows how to get around our internal security protocols, can sniff out our weaknesses, rejoices at exploiting them, and, yes, manipulates our thinking. This clever programmer’s name is Satan. (1 Peter 5:8-9, Ephesians 6:12, James 1:14-15)

  1. Hi Karin I will be back but right now there is a very important need… our Blogging friends Wendy and Bob, our Brothers and Sisters in The Lord, are going through a very hard time, Wendy had a heart attack and is in a coma, Bob is asking us as Christians to pray for her, all the details are on my Blog.

    Christian Love Anne.

    • Anne, I’ve posted a thank you on your blog but wanted to send a more personal one.

*Thank you*, my dear sister, for reposting Bibleman’s updates. By taking the time to do this, you show how big a heart of love you have for people, not their situations, but for them. Anyone who says otherwise is simply blind.

Much love to you, my sister. Keep the Faith! Karin

      • Hi Karin, yes I thanked you too on my Blog and yes it is True God motivates our hearts… when I ask Him what He wants me to do, He always says follow your heart and so I do.

Thanks for the message about hackers but as I shared with you I have all the Technical protection there is and the same with my Computer but the Hacker still gets in, as you said they know the weaknesses but in Christ Jesus who is our Armour we have all the protection we need and there is no weaknesses.

God tells us when we come close to Him Satan/Devil flees and we know how to do that, we choose to walk in the Fruit of The Spirit by His empowering… Goodness brings us close to God and we are then a foul odour to Satan, he can smell his final destination and because he can’t temp us to sin, nothing is greater then God’s protection or firewall in Christ Jesus, He is our way out of the Temptation, so it goes into spam! and Satan gives up!

        Christian Love Anne.

  2. The sad thing is that many who are “hacked” had to tools to prevent the intrusion – security software. They have it but don’t update it or have it completely turned on. The one most often ignored is the firewall. Yes, a clever hacker can get around them, but he has to work harder and is not as successful as he would be if the software wasn’t there. Believers are in a similar boat. We have what we need to keep Satan away. If we resist him, James tells us, he will flee. The problem is believers don’t always have their “firewall” turned on. God has given us the “software” – the Bible. We are some much more at risk when we ignore the security system God has given us.
