Hmmm… The Poultry Girls Get Planting

Those poultry girls over at ModernStead  are busy with planting as they till and prep an area for a raised garden bed.

According to Julie,

“In a couple of weeks they will have this 5’x10’ area grass/weed free, tilled, and nourished with organic fertilizer.”

Reading about these hardworking-feathered chicks makes me wonder, are we as attentive in helping others to receive the seeds of truth from God and His Word? Do we tirelessly encourage a rich environment for deep-rooted growth by reflecting His light or carefully and thoroughly hydrate with cups of living water by sharing His Word?  (Matthew 13:1-23, Isaiah 55:10-11, Matthew 5:14-15, Ephesians, 5:8-9, Jeremiah 17:7-8)

  2. Hi Sis, good message and assuring encouragement and it is very True, when we are passionate about something we want to share it, like the Disciples did after Pentecost, they all went their own way before but were on fire after and had no hesitation with proclaiming God’s Truth which is all about Love shown in righteousness and it cost them not just rejection and abuse but their earthly lives. Jesus was also passionate and it cost greatly, to be separated from The Father for our sins was much more then great anguish, it broke both Their Hearts.

1John 4:16-17 And we have known and believed the Love that God hath to us. God is Love; and he that dwelleth in Love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our Love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world

Christian Love from both of us – Anne

Walk in the passion of eternal Love.

    • Very true Anne; what we feel very strongly about we want others to know as well and putting our personal discomfort aside in order to share is not easy.
      Keep the Faith!
